What we deliver
We provide digital services: websites, local SEO and related work. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no returns of goods.
Timelines
Delivery dates are set out in your proposal, for example 2–3 weeks for a website. Delays in receiving your content or feedback may extend the timeline.
Handover
Delivery is complete when your site is live, or when we have handed over the files and logins we agreed. We will confirm this in writing.
Returns and refunds
Returns do not apply to services. See our Refund and cancellation policy. If we ever sell physical goods, we will update this page.
